AntagomiRs

AntagomiRs are chemically engineered oligonucleotides designed to silence specific miRNAs. By binding to a target miRNA, they inhibit its function, making them a promising therapeutic tool for diseases where miRNA dysregulation is a factor, such as cancer or cardiovascular diseases​.

Aptamers

Aptamers are short, single-stranded nucleic acids that fold into unique 3D shapes, allowing them to bind to specific target molecules, such as proteins or small compounds. miRNAs (MicroRNAs)

tRNAs (transfer RNAs)
